We’re used to seeing productive passers come out of Lubbock and flame out in the NFL, and Mahomes faces the tall task of bucking that trend.
There is no question Mahomes has the arm and the guts. He played through a broken wrist last season, But do his talents translate to the NFL? I think he's worth the risk in the second or third round. I don't think anyone needs to rush to get him.
