Victor Cruz to Denver?

Salute: ESPN.com

Bottom line is John Elway will has plenty of salary cap space and he’s not afraid to use it.
Elway, the Denver Broncos executive vice president of football operations/general manager, has said that team will be "involved in free agency." And to that end the Broncos were already working Monday to at least meet with wide receiver Victor Cruz.

Cruz returned from missing multiple seasons with injuries to post 89 fantasy points; finishing as the #78 WR in 2016.  He may have some value to Denver, but if he ends up there without Tony Romo or Jimmy Garoppolo at QB, he won't have much value to you because you won't get points for Trevor Simien under-throwing him.
