With the possible exception of Cousins, the savior of your franchise isn't on this list. If you're relying on Geno Smith or Mark Sanchez to ride in on their white horse and save the day, you best step away from the bottle.
One possibly intriguing name that isn't on this list is Kansas City QB Nick Foles. Indication out of KC is that the Chiefs won't keep him around for 2017. If he hits the market, he could have some value. What happened to him in St. Louis wasn't all his fault and his two starts in KC were mixed, but remember, he did have a 27TD/2 INT season not that long ago in Philly.
